TRAINING (the Sanctuary way)

Each of our new stylists or spa technicians participate in our training program, which includes:

    • Our Sanctuary academy educators are composed of Sanctuary employees and Aveda certified trainers. The academy curriculum reviews safety practices and guest service standards. We also revisit hair-cutting, coloring techniques and spa services, along with all of the Sanctuary unique touches that make your service exceptional.
    • A mentor-relationship with a senior team member. You are not alone. There will always be someone there to help you when you have questions.
    • Learning the daily practices of the salon/spa. The details are what makes your guest service special so you will rapidly build a loyal customer base.
    • The sky is the limit! Move through the service prices as quickly as your books and schedule allows.

EDUCATION (it never ends)

Education is a large part of Sanctuary culture.  We educate through personal hands-on training and online, and in-house with well-known guest educators. We want the team to stay current and inspired.
