CANCELLATIONS

In consideration of our other guests and our hard-working employees, we require at least a 24-hour notice, so we may be able to schedule another guest during this time. If you are running late, every effort will be made to deliver your service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened, to serve the next Sanctuary guest.

RETURNS

Retail: We will exchange an unused Aveda product that was purchased in our salon for another product within 30 days, though promotional pricing will not be extended. Other retail that has clearly been unused may be returned with a receipt within seven days of purchase. Refunds for unused clothing will be given in the form of a gift card and may be returned within seven days of purchase.

Service: If you are dissatisfied with your service at Sanctuary for any reason, please notify the salonspa manager within 72 hours of the service date.

CONSULTATIONS

All services begin with a thorough consultation, the most important part of the salonspa experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions. Before the service is performed, the team will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections, or spa service goals. We want you to be 100% satisfied.

Our service providers will offer product recommendations to duplicate your style at home, or skin and body care for continued maintenance and to achieve your desired results.

CHILDREN & GUEST SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT

To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, we ask that children be brought to Sanctuary only if they have an appointment.

In addition, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor or in the spa rooms. It is our goal to keep the environment relaxing and safe for all of our guests.

GROUPS AND COUPLES

Celebrate at Sanctuary for work or play. A spa day is a wonderful way to get together with friends or family and to reward employees. Together massages provide a way to share your experience with someone special.

Prices vary by service provider and are based on their level of experience and demand for their services. All salon prices are subject to change without prior notice.
