At Sanctuary, the safety of our team and our guests remains our top priority even with the lessening of Covid-19 safety guidelines.  Sanctuary will always provide a sanitary and safe environment. We use eco-friendly disinfectants to look after our planet while we look after you–because that matters.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE FOR MY SALON OR SPA APPOINTMENT?

We will greet you at the door upon your arrival, and will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer before you enter the salon/spa. If your temperature is above normal, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. We will follow the same daily protocol with our team. In addition, we will ask you Covid-related questions to ensure your safe entry into the salon/spa.

ARE MASKS REQUIRED?

We require that you wear a cloth mask before entering Sanctuary Salonspa. This mask should secure behind your ears and remain on throughout your service. We will have a disposable mask available for your use if you do not have one. Wear your mask out of the location and do not remove it until you are in your car.

Our team of service providers will wear a mask at all times throughout your service. They have been trained in proper mask etiquette care and sanitation.

WHAT IF YOU HAVE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT BUT ARE FEELING UNWELL?

If you are feeling ill or not normal, or have come into contact with someone that has Covid-19, please cancel your appointment and reschedule. Or, if you or a household member have any Covid symptoms or are in isolation or in a quarantine directive, please cancel your appointment in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to someone we feel presents a health risk.

WHAT OTHER PRECAUTIONS OR SANITATION METHODS ARE YOU DOING?

We have extensive sanitation practices in every aspect of our operation. Including, hand sanitizer located everywhere, available for your use. And, all of our sinks will be equipped with soap. Our team members will sanitize or wash their hands before, after and during your service.

All tools and implements will be cleaned and disinfected with product that is EPA-approved and effective against Coronavirus between each guest in accordance with all industry and CDC guidelines. All work areas will be thoroughly disinfected before and after your visit and throughout the day.

And, all capes, gowns, sheets, towels etc. will be sanitized prior to use. In addition, all hair stations, spa areas, waiting areas, retail areas, will have the adequate social distancing space. We have gone above the guidelines in making Sanctuary safe for you and our employees.

ARE OTHER AREAS IN YOUR SALONSPA SANITIZED REGULARLY?

We clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, door handles, counters, screens and all working environments regularly throughout the day with appropriate disinfectant.

ARE SKIN, MASSAGE, WAXING, NAIL AND OTHER APPOINTMENTS SAFE?

Yes. We are following the extensive sanitation practices as listed above in all spa areas of service and throughout the spa. In spa services where you are unable to wear a mask during the service, our service providers will wear a mask and a face shield to give extra protection for both you and the service provider, while also wearing gloves and sanitizing their implements and tools on a regular basis.

We strongly believe it is important for our guests to take wellness moments for themselves and continue to feel the power of touch during these highly stressful times. We have worked hard to earn your trust to allow us to give these moments to you.

AM I ABLE TO WAIT FOR MY APPOINTMENT IN YOUR WAITING AREA?

All of our locations have the ability to have the appropriate social distancing seating. However, if you prefer to wait in your vehicle, we ask that you contact the salon via phone when you arrive so we can check you in and add a note to your appointment that you have arrived. We will call you when the service provider is ready to serve you.

WHAT ITEMS MAY I BRING TO THE SALONSPA?

Please limit personal possessions as we are unable to hold any possessions at this time. If you prefer to bring reading material of your own, we request that you take it with you when you leave. Any magazines or other possessions left behind will be discarded.

MAY I BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY?

Accompanied friends or family will not be allowed in as we have strict rules for the amount of people allowed in our space at any given time.

DO YOU HAVE A SANITATION FEE?

Safety and sustainability are core to who we are. We have added a $5 fee that goes toward sanitation, PPE, eco-friendly products and recycling. This fee helps to pay for the ongoing safety measures for our team and guests as well as regular and thorough deep sanitation cleans to keep everyone safe.

WHAT IF I WANT TO STOP IN TO BUY RETAIL OR A GIFT CARD?

We welcome all guests and visitors to stop in and purchase retail and gift cards. All safety measures and occupancy limits will be observed. We ask that you be mindful of social distancing and the designations on the floor in the various areas.

IS CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE FOR RETAIL AND GIFT CARDS?

Yes. You may call in your retail or gift card order with a credit card number and we will joyfully bring your purchase to your car. You may also call in your order for an inside pick-up. We are always available for a spontaneous retail or gift card purchase and pick-up and will be here to gratefully help you.
